The oil on canvas painting entitled Femme Endormie, by Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) depicts a naked and extremely curvaceous woman sleeping. Around her bright colours illuminate her, suggesting passionate lust. Even her sleeping form is highlighted in deep purple.


The Pablo Picasso signature has been taken from the original lithograph.
