Rafael Senet Pérez (7 October 1856, Seville - 1926, Seville) was a Spanish painter and watercolourist, known for his costumbrista and Orientalist scenes. He also created numerous vedute of Venice.
Rafael Senate Perez studied at the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Santa Isabel de Hungría, under the tutelage of esteemed artists Joaquín Domínguez Bécquer and Eduardo Cano [es].
In 1880, after a brief period in Madrid, Perez ventured to Rome with the support of local banker Ramón de Ibarra. It was in Rome that he became influenced by the work of José Villegas Cordero. Subsequently, he travelled Italy, dedicating an extended period to capturing the essence of Venice in his art.
